About the Job
Responsibilities:
Running and monitoring all store operations;
Oversee all store departments and various department managers;
Work with employees;
Create work schedules;
Communicate and place orders and/or oversee orders with suppliers;
Deal with customer complaints;
Be a team player and create a healthy work culture;
Self-motivated and takes initiative.
Requirements:
Strong leadership and customer management abilities;
Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
